My Screen Recorder Pro is not capturing Start Button Menus in Microsoft Word 2007. How can I solve this?

The Start Button menus are displayed using translucent graphics.
To capture them, click Tools >> Settings. On the Effects tab, select "Capture Translucent Windows". You should now be able to capture the Word 2007 Start Button menus.
