I try to connect from the internet. It works directly to the cam with ie, but it does not work with mms. I think I have configured my system correctly. Is there anything I have to look at? It works on the local host very well.

You will need to enable Port Forwarding. We have an article that explains how to setup WebCam Monitor so you can view your camera from the internet. You can read it here.
