Auto FTP Manager: Scheduled Profiles

Scheduled Profiles

Auto FTP Manager lets you perform file transfer tasks without manually starting them, on a schedule.  You can use Scheduled Transfers to perform file transfers at times when network traffic is light, or to be sure that your files are always up to date.

Scheduled Profiles

A scheduled profile automatically starts any Automated Transfer profile at a time, or set of times, that you select.  You can schedule these tasks to be one-time events, or take place on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom basis.  You can also require an Automated Transfer to run each time the program starts.

You can schedule the same automated transfer more than once.  For instance, you could schedule a transfer to happen when the program starts, and also daily.  When creating the schedules, you should give each a different name.

When you click once on a Scheduled Profile in the Profile List, its details are displayed in the Overview: the Schedule Name, Profile Name, time interval (Perform task), last state, last run time, when it will run next, state (Enabled or Disabled), and log transfer status. Double-clicking lets you edit the Profile.

If you right-click a Scheduled Profile, an option menu appears that you can use to Edit, Delete, or Disable/Enable the schedule.
