Serial Number Does Not Fit After Upgrade

I recently had to reinstall Windows, and then Auto FTP Manager. I downloaded the latest version and tried to enter my serial number, but the number of digits required doesn't match the digits in my serial number. Please help.

We have changed to a new activation system for Auto FTP Manager. If you own version 4.x of the program, please contact us using the Contact Form, and send us a copy of your email receipt for the purchase. We will send you an updated serial number.
