Working with Captured Files

After you have captured a video footage or a snap, you can use them in your editing projects.  Close the capture tool and open the captured videos and snaps into Video Edit Magic Express to add them to the Timeline.

From within the Capture tool, point to the File menu and click:

  • Save Captured File As to save the last captured footage to another location and with another name.
  • Preview Last Captured File to open the last captured footage with the default media player.
  • Preview Last Snap to open the last snap, that was taken, with the default image viewer.
  • Add Last Captured File to Collections to automatically open the last captured footage in Video Edit Magic Express.

The snaps you take are directly added to the Collections window.
