Yes, you can convert VOB files to other formats, as explained in this post. As explained there, we recommend Windows Media Video when small file sizes are important. It's also an excellent choice for Internet downloads or streaming video. Looping is a function of the video player, rather than the video file itself. In some cases, you can control it by the HTML code you use on your web page, or a setting of a stand-alone video player.
