Cannot connect to translation server

Occasionally, I get this error message "Unable to connect to translation server." What could be the problem?

Three probable reasons for getting this error message are:

1) Internet connection failure.
2) Incorrect proxy settings, or a problem with your proxy server.
3) Remote server in charge of translation is busy.

If you are sure that your Internet connection is working, then click the Translate button again. You can also try to translate after a brief wait time.
