I would like to get more frames per second from my wireless cameras. Even when cameras are set to high CPU load, there doesn't seem to be any change. (CPU Usage 12%) It looks like it is only recording a few frames per second, and some movement and action is getting lost. I''m using 4 D-link DCS-920 wireless cameras and a 2.0GHz Pentium 4 with 1GB RAM. What can be done to record at least 10fps? Disk space is not an issue.

Best regards,
Dan

If you are using all 4 cameras with a wireless connection, you are likely being limited by your wireless bandwidth.

The computer running Security Monitor Pro should be directly connected to your network with a wired connection. Try directly connecting at least two of the cameras to your network with a network cable. You will see a significant increase in the frames per second.
