Add your music file to Audio 1 and the sing-along voice to Audio 2. Use the volume tracks to mix the audio of these two tracks. If you see two separate audio streams then you can mute one of the audio tracks. If you have already mixed your karaoke video then there is no way to separate the mixed audio.
