I cannot play the new recording files in media analyzer although I can see all of the recordings there. The play function does not work no matter what recording I click on.
This occurred when the file format changed from wmv to mp4. What do I need to play back these files on my PC?

The recording file format in
Security Monitor Pro
was changed from Window Media to MPEG4 in version 5.2
Most PC's will already have all necessary codecs to play back the MP4 recordings. If your PC is not able to play back the files, installing the codec pack from this location will fix the issue:
