Auto FTP Manager will transfer all files, folders, and sub-folders by default. You may have a need for certain files to be uploaded to a folder outside the normal tree structure.

You can create a profile for specific files to be sent to a remote FTP folder. Create a second or third, or more, automated transfer profile that each specify the correct folder for transfer. Auto FTP Manager does not limit the number of automated transfer profiles you can create.
