I am a new user and may have setting wrong. When I play back a PowerPoint
presentation, my audio is not synced with the slide show.
In record mode I am manually advancing the slide as I speak. During playback the slides are
going by faster than my audio. What is wrong?

My Screen Recorder
has specific recording profiles for each type of screen recording you will do. If you have a audio synchronization problem, switch to a different recording profile that is more appropriate for your scenario.
Please click on
Tools >> Settings >> Recording Format
and choose 'WMV Text & Voice (High Resolution)'. The Text & Voice High Resolution should work well for your PowerPoint Presentation.
