To use Security Monitor Pro with 32 IP cameras simultaneously, you will need adequate CPU processing, RAM, and bandwidth. I suggest a Core i7-3770 CPU or better and at least 16GB of RAM.

The bandwidth required depends on the type of cameras you are using. A HD camera can use from 200Kbit/sec to 3MBits/sec of bandwidth. Selecting a medium resolution, one that produces a 800Kbit/sec stream, leads to a estimated 24Mbit/sec of data for 32 IP cameras. If your cameras are all in remote locations, it is possible to support this level of bandwidth on some cable networks or using Verizon's FIOS service. If the cameras are within your own network, try to use wired cameras. Wireless network are subject to greater interference and data collision which require retransmission - greatly slowing down processing.
