My License reverted to trial version after upgrading to Windows 10

After upgrading to windows 10, Security Monitor Pro reverted to trial version. What should I do? Please help!!!

It is possible that you lost your license after upgrading to Windows 10.
You can activate your software by using your original serial number. If you don't know the serial number, you can retrieve your serial number from your account. Please login to your account here.

To activate your application follow the steps:
From Help menu >> Enter Serial Number
Enter your Name, Organization and Email Address along with the Serial Number and click on Activate.
