I downloaded a free version of Video Edit Magic years ago and made what has turned out to be an irreplaceable video of my son and his friend cutting up on skateboards. Is there any way to remove the "Created with Video Edit Magic" tag line from that video or will I have to remake it even if I buy the newest version of the software?

Once a movie has been created in
Video Edit Magic
, there is no way to remove the watermark from the finished video. The only way to create an un-watermarked movie is to open the original project and perform "Make Movie" again, using the original video and audio files, after purchasing the program.

I have found that keeping the original video on a DVD+RW archive disk is very helpful. This way I can edit it the video may different times for different purposes and also not use a lot of space on my HD.
