What's New in Email Responder 2.4

  1. Automated Followups:  Easily set up automated reminders to follow up on particular messages.

What's New in Email Responder 2.3

  1. Database Installation Process Improved:  The SQL Server installation has been greatly simplified, whether installing to an existing server or creating a new one.
  2. Multi-language Spell Checking:  The spell checker now supports English, French, German, Polish, Portuguese, and Spanish.

What's New in Email Responder 2.2

  1. Performance Improvements:  Email Responder has been optimized to be dramatically faster than previous versions.
  2. Simplified Setup: A redesigned wizard leads new administrators through the entire process of setting up Email Responder Manager: creating mail accounts, users, groups, and rules.
  3. Default From Address: You can now select a single email account to appear as the "From" address when sending mail from Email Responder.

What's New in Email Responder 2.1

  1. Automated Suggested Response:  Email Responder now suggests appropriate response templates depending on the content of the received message.
  2. Templates Restricted Based on Specific Products/Services: Templates can now be restricted to appear only when applicable to the product the customer is using.  
  3. Simpler Template Creation:  "Copy From" makes creation of new templates easier.
  4. Message Status Notification:  If a message has been responded to, Email Responder notifies the user when it is selected, avoiding the possibility of repeat responses.
  5. Back Up and Restore Database:  Administrators can easily back up the entire Email Responder database (mail, users, groups, rules, accounts, etc.).
  6. Delete Database:  If there is a database problem or corruption, the Email Responder database can be removed and a new one created, or restored from a backup.

What's New in Email Responder 2.0

  1. New Mail Notification:  When new mail arrives, all Email Responder users who are authorized to answer it are notified using a popup from the Windows Notification Area icon.
  2. Database Connection Loss Notification: When the connection to the Email Responder database is lost, the Email Responder Manager displays a notification message to alert the Administrator.

What's New in Email Responder 1.4

  1. Background Color Support for HTML messages:  Email Responder can now set or change the background color.

What's New in Email Responder 1.3

  1. Improved Template Editor:  The template editor has improved functionality and usability.
  2. Templates Assigned To Products:  Templates can now be limited so that they appear only when appropriate, simplifying template selection for users.
  3. Template Suggestions:  Email Responder now suggests specific templates when replying to each message, based on keywords present in the message being answered.

  1. Reports:  Additional reports are now available along with the ability to create flexible custom reports.

What's New in Email Responder 1.1

  1. Auto Refresh:  Email Responder automatically updates the mail list as new mail arrives.
  2. Contact Library:  All customer information delivered to the Email Responder is merged into a single master Contact List.
  3. Spam Blocking:  Block messages from spam-sending domains using wildcards.
