Blind Effect
The Blind Effect places dark horizontal stripes areas across the video. The name refers to Venetian blinds.
You can control three properties of this effect:
Frequency
Frequency is the number of darkened stripes to be displayed across the height of the video. If the frequency high, much of the view is hidden behind the dark stripes.
Intensity
Intensity controls how dark the stripes are. The higher the number, the darker the stripes. At low values, the stripes are invisible. At very high values, they are an opaque black.
Phase
Changing the phase changes the vertical locations of the stripes of the blind. It lets you adjust the position of the stripes up or down.
