Threshold Effect
The Threshold effect creates areas of uniform color by making all pixels above a certain brightness (threshold) the same color.
Threshold Value
The value determines the cutoff, above which all pixels are blended. At very low values, only the darkest spots in the image remain un-blended. At very high values, only the lightest areas can still be distinguished.
