Email Responder Manager: The Toolbar

Email Responder Manager: The Toolbar

At the top of the Email Responder window is a toolbar that gives you quick access to the most commonly used commands.

Tool Bar

  • The Login button opens the Login Window, letting you sign in to Email Responder Manager.   You must be logged in to use the program.  After you log in, the Login button changes to Log Off: .
  • The Email Account button lets you set up, edit, and delete email accounts.
  • User lets you create and maintain user accounts.
  • With Group you can create and maintain groups.
  • Filters turns on filtering for the current tab.  (Filters do not apply to the Reports or Session Log tabs.)
  • The Receive E-Mails and Send E-Mails buttons immediately download mail from the mail server and send mail. By using the drop-down arrows, you can choose to send/receive either with a single server, or all servers.  Clicking the button itself (and not the drop-down) updates with all servers.
  • Refresh updates the information displayed to reflect changes made by Email Responder users using the client software.
  • Rules lets you create and maintain the rules which automatically assign received email to groups or to individual users.
  • Get Client opens the the Windows Explorer to the folder containing the Email Responder installation files.
  • You can adjust program-wide settings with the Settings button.
  • Help opens this user guide.
