Email Responder Manager: Licensing
When you activate Email Responder, it connects to a license server and receives authorization. Each serial number entitles you to only a limited number of activations.
Email Responder licensing controls the number of user accounts that can be created. An Email Responder license entitles you to create and use a specific number of user accounts. If you would like to create more accounts than your current license permits, contact DeskShare to purchase a new license. Please have your Order Number ready.
You can retrieve your Order Number at any time by logging on to your My Account page.
Before you move your Email Responder Manager installation from one computer to another, you should deactivate it. This simplifies the process of activating the new installation.
