Email Responder Manager: Overview
This article gives a brief description of the Email Responder Manager and the process of using it.
Email Responder Manager handles all the server and administrative work of email response management. The Manager downloads mail from your mail server and sends replies, automatically assigns messages to users or groups according to rules, and the creates and maintains email accounts, user accounts, and groups.
Reading and replying to customer email is handled by the Email Responder client software.
